Ressi Liquid Release

Ressi Liquid Release is a colorless liquid that forms a bond breaker between the Ressichem Imprinting tools during the texturing process. Ressi Liquid Release evaporates and leaves no residue behind. This Liquid Release forms a bond breaker between stamping and imprinting molds and the chosen product to be textured.

USES

Ressi Liquid Release is used in the texturing process of concrete with Ressi Pigmented Hardener, Ressichem Wall texturing system and Ressi overlay. It is recommended to use Liquid Release for an interior and exterior project needs to be textured, there is little or no mess to be cleaned.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Ressi Liquid Release is a solvent based mineral spirit with added cent. This is a highly viscous material that is flammable.

LIMITATION

Ressi Liquid Release is designed to evaporate so you should only spray a small area in front of the area you are about to work with. Avoid troweling Liquid Release into the surface you are texturing.

STORAGE

Ressichem Liquid Agent should be kept in a safe place and the seal should not be broken until use. Shelf life is approximately 2 years. DO NOT allow to freeze.

RECOMMENDATION

Ressichem would suggest that a representative job site sample should be made for approval before any work takes place. There are many variables that can have an effect on the final color, weather, cements type, admixtures, and finishing techniques. Color charts are a guideline and may be different from the appearance of the finished project.

MAINTENANCE

Ressichem Ressi Liquid Release textured surfaces should be sealed with one of Ressichem specially formulated sealers. The sealed surface should be periodically inspected for areas that need to have a re-application of sealer for continuous protection. If the project is cleaned on a regular basis, re-application of sealers can be several years apart.
