Ressi Kerb Grout 102 is a ready to use cementitious water-resistant curb stone gap filler which is
specifically designed to provide a long-lasting gap filling application between various types of
cementitious curb stones.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure that the curb stone joints are clean and free from any grease, oil, dust, or any materials that
may cause debonding. It is strongly recommended to avoid humidity arising on the base concrete,
the curb stones, or the foundation where this material is to be used. A strong waterproofing system
for the laying of curb stones and an appropriate curb stone adhesive recommended by Ressichem
can be used prior to the application of Ressi Kerbgrout 102.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
For proper mixing it is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material
used. The mortar powder should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the
bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive and
clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that the material should
be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or any other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a lump
free mix.
APPLICATION
Using appropriate tools ensure that the curb stones are correctly aligned. Once the curb stones are
fixed, the gap between them should be filled using Ressi Kerbgrout 102. Appropriate tools as per
the gap size should be used for proper finishing of the material. Gaps up to 18mm can be filled
using Ressi Kerbgrout 102.

CURING
No curing required in general, however a maximum curing of 72 hours is recommended where
temperatures exceed 40°C.
SHELF LIFE & PACKAGING
Expiration of Ressi Kerbgrout 102 is at 12 months after production date under dry and sheltered
conditions. Ressi Kerbgrout 102 is available in 20 KG Bags.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Ressi Kerbgrout 102 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers
and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn
during application.
NOTE:
If printed packaging not available, neutral packaging with label. Lot number and manufacturing
date to be stamped at the back of each packaging.
