Zepoxy WR 110 is an aqueous dispersion of liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol A. The dispersion is supplied at 60% solids in water and has moderate viscosity. It contains zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Components) and is completely water reducible. Zepoxy WR 110 contains polymeric emulsifier rather than conventional emulsifier. This product gives advantages over conventionally emulsified products available in market in terms of improved strength and adhesion. Zepoxy WR 110 can be formulated suitably into sizing for glass fiber manufacture which also improves further the adhesion and compatibility with the binder system used while making FR laminates. Zepoxy WR 110 can also be used to make protective coatings by curing with appropriate curing agents.
