Zepoxy WR 110

Zepoxy WR 110 is an aqueous dispersion of liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol A. The dispersion is supplied at 60% solids in water and has moderate viscosity. It contains zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Components) and is completely water reducible.

Zepoxy WR 110 contains a polymeric emulsifier rather than a conventional emulsifier, offering improved strength and adhesion compared to conventionally emulsified products available in the market.

Zepoxy WR 110 can be suitably formulated into sizing for glass fiber manufacture, improving adhesion and compatibility with the binder system used in FR laminates. It can also be used to make protective coatings when cured with appropriate curing agents.
