SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be free from loose particles, dust, oil, grease, and any other material which may cause Ressi Lime O might 8000 difficulty in adhesion to the substrate. For historic structures where a lot of pollution and other foreign matters may have affected the surface, it is recommended to gently sandblast mechanically remove old foreign substances prior to the application of Ressi Lime O might 8000.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
It is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. The powder should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that material should be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a consistent lump-free mix.
APPLICATION
Ressi Lime O might 8000 can be applied in a variety of ways depending on the type of application needed. This product can be applied at any desired thickness. It is recommended to add Ressi SBR 5850 along with this product to have early and higher strength gains. Ressi SBR 5850can also be added to the product at a Ratio of 1 KG per 50 KG bag of Ressi Lime O might 800 for if application thickness is exceeding 18mm and above in a single layer. Ressi Lime O might 8000 can easily be applied in multiple layers.
