SURFACE PREPARATION
Cut back edges at right angles avoiding feather edges to a depth of at least 5mm. Surfaces should be dry, clean, free from standing water standing water, grease, curing compounds, mold oils and loosely adhering particles. Cement laitance should be removed by mechanical means. Roughen surfaces with chipping to ensure good bonding. Steel surfaces should be grit blasted to white metal.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Empty the entire contents of hardener into base container and mix thoroughly with a slow speed heavy duty drill attached with a mixing paddle for 1 minute. Slowly add the filler into the mixed epoxy resin and continue mixing until a uniform mix is achieved, addition of water in the mix can be done to adjust consistency of the material as it is water diluted. Once material is mixed properly, as per the requirement, application should be done using the appropriate tools. For large volumes, apply in layers ensuring the previous layers have hardened and cooled. Application thickness of the material can be anywhere from 3mm to 40mm in a single layer.
