Max Flo SP 902 is an effective, high range water reducing, accelerating superplasticiser and an extremely powerful de-flocculating agent. It is based on polymeric sulphonate naphthalene.

USES
Max Flo SP 902 is used to produce high slump concrete for precast industries and other concrete elements such as beams, columns, and slabs. It is ideal where substantial water reduction is required to achieve high early and ultimate strengths—for example, in precast factories, prestressed concrete bridges, and shotcreting applications.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo SP 902 can be used with all types of cements and cementitious materials like fly ash, GGBS, and micro silica. It should not be premixed with other admixtures unless recommended by a Ressichem Technician.
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 3.0% by weight of cementitious material. Higher dosages may be used after verification through lab and site trials. The optimum dosage of Max Flo SP 902 and its effects on workability, strength, and setting time should be determined through preliminary site testing using actual materials under consideration.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in higher workability and faster setting. If the dosage used exceeds recommendations, care must be taken to adjust stripping and curing times accordingly.

Available in 1 Liter, 5 Liters, 10 Liters, 15 Liters, 25 Liters, and 200 Liters of packaging.
DISPENSING
Max Flo SP 902 should be directly dispensed into the concrete mixer together with mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool, dry conditions in original unopened packaging. Extreme temperature and humidity may reduce shelf life.
