Max Flo P 800
Max Flo P 800 is liquid, plasticizing, water reducing and retarding concrete admixture based on a high grade lignosulphonic acid derivative. Max Flo P 800 is formulated from carefully selected raw material and is manufactured under controlled conditions to give a consistent product.
Max Flo P is a liquid concrete plasticizer based on selected refined
lignosulphonates and other key additives. When added to the concrete mix, it disperses
fine cement particles and improves the workability of the concrete.

USES
Max Flo P is used to produce pumpable and dense concrete. It is suitable
for both ready-mix and site-batched concrete to produce cohesive and waterproof concrete.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo P can be used with all types of cement and cementitious materials
such as fly ash, GGBS, and micro silica. It should not be mixed with other additives or
admixtures unless recommended by a Ressichem technician.
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage is 0.5% – 1.5% by weight of cementitious material.
Higher dosages may be used after verification through laboratory and site trials.
Do not pre-mix with any other admixture unless advised by a Ressichem technician.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may increase workability and delay the setting time. In such cases,
formwork stripping time should be extended. Ultimate strength will generally
be higher than normal-set concrete. Effects may be more pronounced when
sulphate-resistant cement is used.
PACK SIZE
Available in 1 L, 5 L, 10 L, 15 L, 25 L, and 200 L packaging.
DISPENSING
Max Flo P should be dispensed directly into the concrete mixer
together with the mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under cool and dry warehouse
conditions in the original unopened packaging. Extreme temperatures or humidity
may reduce shelf life.

This product is considered non-hazardous and safe for transportation. Use gloves
and masks during application. Avoid contact with skin. Refer to the product MSDS
