Max Flo Integra 2 (Powder)
Max Flo Integra 2 (Powder) is an integral repellent admixture based on a blend of long chain carboxylic acids and carefully selected organic derivatives, manufactured under controlled conditions to give a consistent product. It has a positive chemical action which creates a network of insoluble water-resistant material within the ores of the cement matrix.
Max Flo Integra 2 (Powder) is an integral water repellent admixture designed to reduce
permeability and enhance the durability of concrete and mortar. It works by forming a network of
insoluble water-resistant material within the pores of the cement matrix.
USES
Max Flo Integra 2 (Powder) is a permeability reducing admixture suitable for all types
of mortar and concrete mixes. It is particularly recommended for ready-mixed concrete, structural
concrete such as pile foundations, water-retaining structures, rafts, basement elements, and concrete
exposed to seawater and rainwater. It is also suitable for precast concrete applications including
wet and semi-dry mixes and cast stone blocks.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo Integra 2 (Powder) can be used with all types of cement and cementitious
materials such as fly ash, GGBS, and micro silica. It is compatible with most admixtures.
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 1.0% by weight of cementitious material. Higher dosages
may be used after verification through laboratory and site trials. The optimum dosage and its effect
on concrete properties such as workability, strength, and setting time should be determined through
preliminary testing using actual site materials.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in increased workability. Proper curing is recommended to achieve desired
performance.

Available in 1 KG and 20 KG packs.
DISPENSING
Max Flo Integra 2 (Powder) should be directly added into the concrete mixer together
with the mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool and dry warehouse conditions in the original
unopened packaging. Extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
This product is considered non-hazardous and safe for transportation. Suitable masks and gloves should
be worn during application. Avoid contact with skin. Refer to the product MSDS for further health and
safety information.
NOTE:
If printed bags / pouches are not available, neutral bags / pouches with label. Lot number and
manufacturing date to be stamped at the back.
