APPLICATION
As a Bonding Slurry Coat / Coating: The ratio of Ressi Guru to cement should be adjusted based on the required viscosity and flowability at the site. The recommended ratio can range from 1:1 to 1:4, depending on the performance requirements. Further dilution may be applied as necessary to meet project-specific needs.
As an Additive: It is recommended to incorporate Ressi Guru at a dosage of 0.5% to 6% by weight of cement in cementitious mixes. This additive significantly improves the compressive, flexural, and tensile strength of the mix, while also reducing water permeability compared to mixes without Ressi Guru. It is suitable for use in concrete, mortars, and specialized cementitious applications such as tile adhesives, tile grouts, non-shrink cementitious grouts, micro-concrete, and other similar formulations. Prior to application, compatibility with the mix should be carefully evaluated, as inappropriate dosing may negatively impact the intended mix design. Upon proper dosing and mix design, Tensile strength can increase up to 200% over controlled and reduction in water permeability can be achieved up to 50% upon proper usage of Ressi Guru.
COVERAGE
As a neat bonding agent: 5-7 m²/ Ltr/Coat. Actual coverage depends on texture and porosity of substrate. As an additive for the tile adhesives, bedding mortars, Sand-cement renders, plasters and screeds, the dosage may vary from 0.4 to 6% by weight of cement. If incorporated in a mix design, the recommended mix design should be followed for optimum result. Dosages can be adjusted as well subject to project requirements.
PACK SIZE
Ressi Guru is available in the following packaging:
1 KG, 5 KG, 15 KG, 25 KG, and 200 Liter Drums.
PRODUCT PRESERVATION
Ressi Guru is preserved against bacterial and fungal attack. In the manufacture of finished product, the material must be retreated, as usual, with suitable biocides to give enhanced preservation.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under warehouse conditions in original unopened packing. Extreme temperature/humidity may reduce shelf life.
CLEANING
Clean all equipment and tools with water immediately after use. Hardened material can be removed mechanically.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Ressi Guru is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
NOTE:
If printed packaging not available, neutral packaging with label. Lot number and manufacturing date to be stamped at the back of each packaging.
