Ressi EPO Crack Fill CR
Ressi EPO Crack Fill CR is a three-part solvent free chemical resistant epoxy-based crack filling material designed to fill both hairline and deep cracks within the concrete surface especially suited for concrete and cementitious floorings. It is specially formulated using specialised Bisphenol A based Resins and modified cycloaliphatic amine-based Curing agents which are free from nonyl phenol and give its special chemical resistant properties. It can also be used with other materials such as metal, fiberglass, wood and many other compatible substrates. A variety of tools like trowels and other materials can be used to apply this material.

ADVANTAGES
- Easy to apply and cleanup.
- Triple the strength of concrete.
- Flexible and resilient
- Cures to dense joint free surface.
- Good chemical resistance
AREAS OF APPLICATION
Ressi EPO Crack Fill CR is an ideal Crack filler for the repair of concrete floors, floor joint repairs, levelling rough surfaces prior to the application of epoxy flooring and crack repair of general cementitious floorings.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All loose particles and oil should be cleaned off the surface prior to the application. Minor hairline cracks need to be opened to a minimum width of 6mm prior to treating the floor surface with Ressi EPO Crack Fill CR
APPLICATION & MIXING
It is Recommended to slowly add Part B over Part A (Resin over hardener). And mix it with a slow speed drill for at least 2 minutes. It is to be ensured that the speed of the drill mix should not exceed 400 rpm. After the base and hardener have mixed properly, filler can be added as per requirement. It is to be noted that the quantity of fillers can be adjusted as per the requirement of the site. The higher the quantity of the filler, the more viscous the material. Once the material is mixed properly, depending upon the viscosity, it can either be poured into the crack or applied by using an appropriate trowel or scrapper over the cracked surface.
