COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo P 801 can be used with all types of cements and cementitious materials like fly ash, GGBS, micro silica, etc. It should not be premixed with other admixtures unless recommended by a Ressichem technician.
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage is 0.5% – 1.5% by weight of cementitious material. Higher dosages can be used after lab and site trials. Consult Ressichem technician for optimum dosage and effect on properties such as strength and setting time.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in higher workability and delayed setting. In such cases, extend the stripping time of formwork. Proper curing ensures ultimate strength generally higher than regular concrete. Effects of overdosing are more prominent when sulphate-resistant cement is used.
PACK SIZE
Available in 1 Liter, 5 Liters, 10 Liters, 15 Liters, 25 Liters, and 200 Liters of packaging.
DISPENSING
Max Flo P 801 should be dispensed directly into the concrete mixer together with mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under cool and dry warehouse conditions in original unopened packaging. Extreme temperature and humidity may reduce shelf life.
