Max Flo 6000
Max Flo 6000 is a high performance concrete superplasticiser based on modified polycarboxylate ether. Having unique carboxylic ether polymer, it is an effective cement dispersant and accelerates initial strength.
Max Flo 6000 is a high-performance concrete superplasticiser based on modified polycarboxylate ether technology. Formulated with unique carboxylic ether polymers, it acts as an effective cement dispersant and accelerates early strength development.
STANDARD
ASTM C 494 Type E and F, BS EN 934-2
USES
Max Flo 6000 is suitable for ready-mix concrete, self-compacting concrete, underwater concrete, precast concrete, and concrete containing silica fume, GGBS, and PFA with extremely low water-cement ratios. It is specifically designed to enhance concrete performance in both plastic and hardened states. The product is particularly effective for ultra-high strength concrete, high-fines concrete, and cold weather concreting applications.
ADVANTAGES OF MAX FLO 6000
- Produces highly flowable concrete without segregation.
- Delivers high early strength, especially in cold weather conditions.
- Enables faster turnaround of precast moulds.
- Eliminates the need for steam curing.
- Improves overall durability of concrete.
- Enhances surface finish.
- Provides improved resistance to carbonation.
- Reduces permeability.
- Increases flexural strength.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo 6000 is compatible with all types of cement and cementitious materials such as fly ash, GGBS, and microsilica. It should not be premixed with other admixtures unless specifically recommended by a Ressichem technician.
DOSAGE
The recommended dosage of Max Flo 6000 is 0.5% – 1.5% by weight of cementitious material. The optimum dosage and its effect on concrete properties such as workability, strength, and setting time should be determined through preliminary laboratory and site trials using actual mix materials.
For self-compacting concrete applications, the use of a viscosity enhancer is recommended. Max Flo VE may be used at a dosage of 1.0 – 2.0 liters per cubic meter.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in increased workability and may affect setting time. However, provided that the concrete is properly cured, the ultimate strength will generally be higher than that of conventional concrete.
PACK SIZE
Available in 1 Liter, 5 Liters, 10 Liters, 15 Liters, 25 Liters, and 200 Liters packaging.
DISPENSING
Max Flo 6000 should be directly dispensed into the concrete mixer together with the mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool and dry warehouse in original, unopened packaging. Exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
This product is considered non-hazardous and safe for transportation. The use of suitable masks and gloves during application is recommended. Avoid direct contact with skin. Refer to the product MSDS for detailed health and safety information.
