    SURFACE PREPARATION 

    All loose particles of dust and oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior the application. For hot climatic conditions, the surface can be dampened with potable water

    PRODUCT PREPARATION 

    Crack Heal 940 has 3 components. Part A & B are liquids and Part C is powder. It is recommended to use a low-speed paddle drill mixer for proper mixing of the material. A clean noncorrosive container should be used for the mixing of Crack Heal 940. Mix A and B together using a slow-speed paddle mixing stirrer. Once both A and B are mixed and homogenous, keep on stirring and add part C (Powder) whilst the mixture is being stirred. Continue to mix until a homogenous lump free mix is obtained.

    APPLICATION 

    After the product has achieved the right consistency for application, it can be pressed into the void using the right tools such as a steel blade trowel, putty knife, or plastic trowel. It is recommended to use all the mixed material before the mortar starts to harden. The maximum applicable thickness of Crack Heal 940 is 25mm in a single layer.

    CURING

    No curing is required.

    SHELF LIFE

    Expiration of Crack Heal 940 is 6 months after production date under dry sheltered conditions.
