This was a project near the seaport with relatively higher concentration of salt in the air, the client wanted a maintenance free treatment with a fair face look with deep grooves. Initially grooves were cut on the base plaster, all corners were repaired, and base plaster cracks were also repaired using the appropriate crack fillers. Application of Ressi PlastoRend 110 (Decorative Plaster) in fair face finish with the finishing of grooves as per the clients and consultants’ recommendations. All works were protected using a custom and high concentration of Silblock (Water repellent sealer) Specially Developed for the project.
