Ressi TG 2K is suitable for use with wide variety of tiles and stones for joint up to width of 8mm. It can be used in kitchens, schools, food processing plants etc. it is suitable for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial applications. This product is ideally suitable for areas where a good flexible crack resistant tile grout is required.

    SURFACE PREPARATION

    Joints receiving grouts should be clean, free from standing water, grease, loosely adhering particles, etc. cement laitance should be removed by mechanical means. Slightly dampen the joint surface prior to grouting.

    MIXING

    The premeasured quantities of powder and polymer should be mixed together, and water should be added over to achieve a lump free homogenous mix. Do not rework stiff material by adding more water. Mix sufficient material to be used within 30 minutes.

    APPLICATION

    Ressi TG 2K should be worked into the tile joints using a spatula. Ensure that the grout is well compacted. Excess material on the surface of the tile should be removed using a dry cloth before the material hardens. Grouting should be commenced only after the tile adhesive has attained sufficient strength.

    CURING

    For uniformed color grout, allow to air cure for 72 Hours. Do not use water for curing

    Expiration of Ressi TG 2K is at 12 months after production date under dry and sheltered conditions. 

    HEALTH AND SAFETY

    Ressi TG 2K is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
