Ressi PlastoRend 110
Ressi PlastoRend 110 is a ready-to-use, premixed cement-based decorative plaster for internal and external surfaces. Made with Karachi sand, it offers a strong, durable finish, while Color Crete ensures vibrant, long-lasting color. Applied at a thickness of 4mm to 6mm, this plaster can be applied manually or with a plastering machine. Meeting BS EN 13914-1 & BS EN 13914-2 standards, it is ideal for walls and ceilings. Ready-to-Use Cement Based Decorative Plaster
Fair Face Plaster is a ready-to-use premixed cement-based decorative plaster designed
for application on roughly finished plastered surfaces or rough finishes of
Ressi PlastoRend 120. The recommended applied thickness is between
4 mm to 6 mm.
The product is suitable for both internal and external applications and can be
applied either manually or by using a suitable plastering machine in accordance with
BS EN 13914-1 and BS EN 13914-2.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All loose dust, oil, and contaminants must be removed prior to application.
In hot climatic conditions, the surface may be dampened using potable water.
Rough plastered surfaces must be leveled before application.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
For manual application, water must be accurately pre-measured according to the
quantity of material used. Mortar powder should be added gradually to water
to avoid settlement at the bottom of the mixing container.
Use the same amount of water for every bag to avoid color variation.
Only clean, non-corrosive containers and potable water should be used.
Mechanical mixing is recommended to obtain a uniform, lump-free mixture.
APPLICATION
With proper surface preparation and correct mixing, conventional plastering
techniques may be used. For faster application and higher productivity,
spraying with a plastering or rendering machine is strongly recommended.

CURING
No curing is generally required. However, in hot climatic conditions,
curing for up to 72 hours is recommended.
SHELF LIFE
6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in dry and
sheltered conditions.
PACKAGING
Ressi PlastoRend 110 is supplied in 50 kg bags.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The product is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation.
Do not reuse bags and dispose of packaging in accordance with local regulations.
Gloves and suitable masks should be worn during application.
