    These results comply with BS EN 12004 Type Type R.

    SURFACE PREPARATION

    All grease, oil, chemical, contamination, dust, laitance, and loose particles must be removed by scrubbing or light brush hammering to provide a sound substrate. The concrete must be 14 days old prior to treatment. Steel surfaces should be grit blasted to white metal. Surfaces which show any trace of oil must be degreased with a chemical degreaser prior to grit blasting.

    MIXING

    Stir part A and part B separately to disperse any settlement. Add Part C to Part A and Achieve a homogenous mix. Further Mix Part B Into the mixture to obtain a smooth consistent lump free mix. All Mixing works should be done using a slow speed drill machine fitted with paddle. All Mixing is to be done until a uniform consistency is achieved.

    APPLICATION

    Apply the mixed Ressi Ressi TA SF-1 with a notched trowel to a thickness of 2mm on the prepared surface. Tiles should be placed within the working time of the adhesive.

    SHELF LIFE

    Expiration of Ressi Ressi TA SF-1 12 months after production date under dry and sheltered conditions.

    Ressi Ressi TA SF-1 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose of them as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.

    NOTE

    It is recommended to have a compatibility test between the substrate and the type of tile being used. Ressi Ressi TA SF-1 may not be suitable for all types of tiles and substrates. In areas of high vibration, usage of Ressi Ressi TA SF-1 is not recommended.
