Position: Sales Executive - Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Create sales quotes
• Maintain and expand client database and documentation
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements:

• Must have previous sales experience in Paint Industry / Chemical Industry / Cement Industry
• Must have 2-3 years experience
• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree will be preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal & customer handling skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance paint formulations.
• Conduct laboratory testing to evaluate product performance, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in production.
• Investigate product defects, troubleshoot formulation issues, and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams on product applications and specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• 04 to 05 years of experience in paint/coatings formulation, R&D, or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, resins, pigments, and additives used in coatings.
• Experience with coating application methods and testing equipment.
• Ability to analyse and solve complex technical challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – QC & R&D to join our team in the Building Construction Chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, developing innovative formulations, and improving existing construction chemical products such as adhesives, waterproofing solutions, admixtures, and coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control (QC) processes to ensure all products comply with industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to maintain quality consistency.
• Assist in research & development (R&D) for new and improved formulations of construction chemicals such as waterproofing compounds, admixtures, grouts, sealants, and coatings.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols, testing methods, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the production and technical teams to resolve quality-related issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and industry innovations to support product development.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, BS, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation and generate reports on product quality, test results, and R&D findings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Polymer Science, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control & R&D within the Construction Chemicals, Paint or Cement industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, polymer chemistry, and chemical formulations.
• Experience with laboratory testing equipment and analytical techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
