Ressi Chrome Seal has been formulated using high molecular weight acrylic co- polymer resins. Ressi Chrome Seal is a non-yellowing, non-Styreneated, clear sealer that is resistant to oil grease, petroleum products, de-icing salts, UV light, wet and dry abrasions and many household chemicals and foodstuffs. The chemical may vary with the condition of the concrete, surface preparation, method of application and length of time of exposure to the chemical. Where specific resistance is required to a known chemical, a sample should be prepared with the materials involved to determine if the sealer is suitable.
Prevent Dusting and Cracking: The Benefits of Ressi Chrome Seal
Ressi Chrome Seal is helpful in preventing concrete dusting and in reducing the likelihood of plastic shrinkage and cracking caused during curing. Surfaces sealed and protected with Chrome Seal are easier to clean and maintain than unsealed concrete.
Ressi Chrome Seal contains specially formulated resins and solvents that are designed for maximum penetration into the concrete surface. Chrome Seal greatly enhances the rich colors of Ressi Hardener and Chrome Seal and many other decorative concrete finishes, whilst simultaneously creating a protective barrier.
Chrome Seal is a slightly viscous clear liquid that gives a varying degree of performance in line with the amount of dilution done with it Chrome Seal makes the concrete Antiskid (Slip-resistant) and Chrome can also provide Antiquing (give antiqued effect to stamped, imprinted, or textured concrete). In addition, a matting agent is available. If added to Chrome Seal, it gives a matt effect to all the treated surfaces.

APPLICATION
Stir well before use. Ressi Chrome Seal should be applied in two coats by an airless sprayer or by roller. The second coat should be applied after the first has dried, which is usually the next day.
Application should only be onto concrete surfaces that are completely dry and free of curing agents, dirt, oil, grease, paints, waxes, and any other compounds that may prevent penetration of and adhesion to the surface.
This should never be applied during rain or when rain is forecast within the next 24 hours.
LIMITATION
Ressi Chrome Seal should only be used on concrete surfaces. It should never be used in areas subject to continuous water submersion, chemical exposure, concentrated abrasion and scratching, or metal wheeled traffic.
COVERAGE
Chrome Seal has a coverage rate of approximately 7 - 8m2 per liter per coat and should be applied in two coats. Coverage will depend on the method of application and the porosity and texture of the concrete.
PACKAGING
Chrome Seal is packaged in 1-liter, 5-liter, 10-liter, 15-liter, 25-liter, containers that should be protected from freezing conditions. If Chrome Seal becomes frozen and then thaws, it must not be used.
STORAGE
Ressi Powder Release should be kept in a safe place and the seal should not be broken until use. Shelf life is approximately 12 months in dry sheltered warehouse conditions. High levels of moisture and humidity will reduce shelf life.
