    ADVANTAGES of Ressi BRC 7000

    • Ready to use.
    • Durable.
    • Good Adhesion.
    • Easy Application.
    • Avoids concrete hacking and tedious surface preparation.

    SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface must be free from loose particles, dust, oil, grease, and any other material which may cause the material difficulty in adhesion to the substrate.

    APPLICATION

The mixed BRC should be sprayed on to the prepared background using a Tyrolean box or a power pattern spray gun. Ressi BRC 7000 should not be applied using a trowel. Spray an entire prepared area and allow some time for the applied BRC 7000 to stiffen before double back. Ensure that the applied Ressi BRC 7000 covers the entire surface area. A rough texture is to be obtained to provide a mechanical key for the subsequent layer of plaster or render.

    PRODUCT PREPARATION

It is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. The powder should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that material should be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a consistent lump free mix.
