Water Guard P 200

Water guard P 200 is a powder-based cement additive to make waterproof mortar and concrete. it provides integral waterproofing of all concrete and cementitious-based systems. It also reduces permeability, absorption of efflorescence. It provides long term concrete and mortar durability. This also a great shrinkage reducing agent for concrete and mortars.

DOSAGE AND MIXING INSTRUCTION

The optimum dosage of Water Guard P-200 to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using materials and conditions that will be experienced in use. As a guide, normal dosages of P 200 should be in the range 2 – 3% by weight of cement. For example, 1KG Water Guard P-200 per bag/50kg of cement. To obtain maximum benefit it is recommended that the water cement ratio should not Exceed 0.40 With the correct dosage of Water Guard determined the required amount should be added to the mix, preferably with or immediately after cement addition. The concrete or mortar produced must be thoroughly mixed until homogeneous. It is essential that good concreting and mortar making practice is performed and maintained at every stage of the application process.

Water Guard P 200 is not regarded hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse the packaging and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
