Crack Heal 910

Crack Heal 910 is a high-quality filler material for filling the chipping of service conduits for electric, plumbing and gas lines on masonry and concrete masses. It can also be used to fill out large holes and levelling uneven surfaces of concrete and plasters.

APPLICATION

Remove dust, oil, grease, loose material, and paints which may affect adhesion with the substrate. Moisten the surface with clean water before application. Put appropriate amount of clean water in a suitable pot or mixing container. Add the required amount of Crack Heal 910 gradually and mix for 3 minutes using a mechanical mixer till the mixture is uniform and free of lumps. Let the composition stand for about 3 to 10 minutes and mix again. the product should achieve the right consistency for application. Finish it by pressing it inside the duct or void and finishing it off with a flat metal or plastic trowel. If the mortar pot starts to harden it is recommended not to add extra water, just remix till it turns back to the desired consistency.
