Position Overview:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities related to inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution are carried out efficiently. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to maintain a smooth flow of goods while ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Maintain proper stock levels and ensure stock is rotated according to inventory control
  standards.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
• Implement systems for tracking inventory, both manually and using warehouse management
  software.
• Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time to meet customer
  requirements.
•  Monitor the flow of goods through the warehouse and optimize the packing, handling, and
  dispatch processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, order status, and staff
  productivity.
  Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory discrepancies.
• Address any operational issues or challenges that arise during warehouse activities.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Communicate effectively with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely
  stock availability.
• Work closely with logistics and transportation departments to manage product deliveries and
  returns.

Qualifications:

• B. Com / Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 03 to 04 years of experience in Stores / Warehouses.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office such MS. Word & Ms. Excel.
• Extensive work experience on ERP / Store based software applications.

Sales Executive – Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Create sales report
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirement:

• Must have previous working experience in Paint Industry / Chemical Industry / Cement Industry.
• 04 to 05 years of Sales experience in relevant field.
• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, customer handling skills.
