    SURFACE PREPARATION 

    Remove all loose particles, dust, oil, grease, and any other material which may result in poor adhesion from the substrate. The surface required for the application of Paint Guard 10,000 C is usually a concrete leveled surface or a leveled plastered surface.

    PRODUCT PREPARATION 

    it is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. Paint Guard 10,000 C should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive, and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing.

    APPLICATION 

    Paint Guard 10,000 C is applied onto the prepared surface using a painter’s knife, Steel trowel, or appropriate tools used to achieve the desired thickness and finish of the product. This is not a brush-applied material. It is recommended to build up the thickness of the fine plaster layer by layer. The total thickness of one coat should be limited to no more than 2mm. Multiple coats can be applied.
