Crack Heal Flexi 950

Cack Heal Flexi 950 is a single component ready to use acrylic based crack and joint filler, Crack Heal Flexi 950 is suitable for filling cracks, joints, and voids on most types of absorbent surfaces such as plaster, wood gypsum, asbestos etc. Crack Heal Flexi 950 is suitable for fixing crack up to 4mm wide.

SURFACE PREPARATION

It is recommended to open the hairline cracks wide to form a “V” shaped groove. This will provide a strong base for the adhesion of Crack Heal 950. It is recommended to use a cutter for opening the cracks. All loose particles for dust and oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior to application. For hot climatic conditions, the surface can be dampened with potable water.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

The product is ready to use. No modifications to the product is recommended. Incase the product becomes too viscous some water can be added to the product to adjust the viscosity as desired.

APPLICATION

Crack Heal Flexi 950 can be applied using a putty knife / trowel. It can also be levelled using Paint Guard 10,000 C after which it can be painted overusing a suitable paint.

CURING

No Curing required.

SHELF LIFE

Expiration of Crack Heal 950 is 6 months after production date under dry and sheltered conditions.

Crack Heal Flexi 950 is available in 1 KG pouches and 20 KG Buckets.

Crack Heal 950 is not regarded hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse the packaging and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
