Ressi PlastoRend 120 C is a cement based ready to use premix decorative and pigmented plaster for internal and external use. Ressi PlastoRend 120 C is specifically designed to be directly applied over block masonry and RCC concrete surfaces to provide a modern decorative long lasting maintenance free wall finishing system. This can easily be applied with a suitable plastering machine or by hand in accordance with BS EN 13914-1 & BS EN 13914-2 Ressi PlastoRend 120 C provides a modern plastering system for fast application on walls and ceilings.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All loose particles of dust & oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior to application. For hot climatic conditions, the surface may be dampened with potable water. Over RCC and smooth concrete surfaces, it is recommended to coat Ressi BRC 7000before commencing the job for plastering.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
For manual application it is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. The mortar powder should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that material should be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a consistent lump free mix. Incase of manual mixing it is essential that the same amount of water is added to every bag.
APPLICATION
With proper surface preparation and mixing of the material, conventional plastering techniques can be used to apply Ressi PlastoRend 120 C. However, for speedy application it is strongly recommended to do proper surface preparation and spray the material using a plastering / rendering spray machine for higher output of work
