Crack Heal 930

Crack Heal 930 is a gypsum based quick set joint and crack filler which can easily be used to fill out cracks of various nature up to a thickness of 10mm. Crack Heal 930 is ideal for the cracks and joints of masonry, plaster, gypsum plaster, gypsum boards and cement boards.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All loose particles of dust and oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior to application. For very hot climatic conditions, the surface can be dampened with water.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Crack Heal 930 is a powdered material and simple the addition of water is required for the preparation of this material. It is essential that the water is premeasured with accordance to the amount of material used. The mortar powder should be added over the powder to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. Let the mixed material rest for about 2 minutes, after which the application process can begin.

APPLICATION

After the product has achieved the right consistency for application. It can be pressed into the void using the right tools such as a steel blade, trowel, putty knife, or a plastic trowel. It is recommended to use all the mixed material before the mortar stars to harden. Crack Heal 930 is for internal application only. Application in areas exposed directly to sunlight should be avoided.
