Zepoxy RER 136

Zepoxy RER 136 is a semi-solid unmodified liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A, higher in viscosity compared to Zepoxy RER 134. Due to its highly viscous nature, Zepoxy RER 136 can be thinned with solvents for a variety of applications. At the same time, it possesses excellent adhesion, mechanical properties, and chemical resistance.

APPLICATIONS

Zepoxy RER 136 has a variety of different applications. They include but are not limited to the following:

• Anti-corrosive industrial coating
• Marine paint
• Civil engineering
• Coal tar epoxy and various adhesives

Due to its semi-solid nature, its various solvent-modified products such as Zepoxy RER 136 X90 are used in its applications. Zepoxy RER 136 has a higher EEW, so it needs less quantity of curatives and accelerators than standard liquid resin such as Zepoxy RER 128.
