INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Silblock Plus is ready to use, no further dilution is required. Apply with brush roller or spray.
APPLICATION
The standard process for water repellent treatment of masonry can be used. These include spraying dipping and flow coating. Before application on large surfaces trials should be conducted to determine the optimum water repellency. Silblock Plus should not be applied at temperatures below +5°C. It is recommended to apply 2 coats of Silblock Plus (wet on wet) for proper repellency
AREA OF APPLICATION
Silblock Plus is highly suitable for the following substrates:
- Cement plaster surfaces.
- Pigmented plaster surfaces.
- Fair Face Concrete.
- Mineral based surfaces.
Silblock Plus is also an ideal water-repellent sealer for areas near the sea front where high winds
consisting of high salt contents prevail.

COMPATIBILITY
Contact with solvent-borne impregnating agents (including residual material in the application
equipment) must be avoided.

Silblock Plus is Available in the following packaging.
1 Ltr, 5 Ltr, 10 Ltr, 15 Ltr, 30 Ltr, 200 Ltr containers.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from date of manufacture when stored under warehouse conditions in original
un-opened packing. Extreme temperature / humidity may reduce shelf life.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Silblock Plus is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
