Ressi LimeOmight 8000
Ressi LimeOmight 8000 is a ready to use premixed lime-based repair mortar & plaster to be used
for the repairing and plastering works in areas where a Gypsum or a Cement based solution is not
required. Ressi LimeOmight 8000 is specifically designed keeping in mind old heritage buildings
where initial works were done using a lime mortar. Ressi LimeOmight 8000 can also easily be
applied using a plaster / render spray machine for fast and speedy applications.

Ready to Use Premixed Lime-Based Repair Mortar & Plaster
Ressi LimeOmight 8000 is a ready-to-use, premixed lime-based repair mortar and plaster
designed for repairing and plastering works where gypsum or cement-based solutions are not required.
It is specially developed for old and heritage buildings where original construction was carried out
using lime mortar. The product can also be applied using a plaster or render spray machine for fast
and efficient application.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean and free from loose particles, dust, oil, grease, or any other contaminants
that may affect adhesion. For historic structures affected by pollution or foreign deposits, gentle
sandblasting or mechanical cleaning is recommended before application.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
Water must be pre-measured according to the quantity of material used. The powder should be added
to water to prevent settlement at the bottom of the mixing container. Use only clean, non-corrosive
containers and potable water. Mechanical mixing is recommended to achieve a uniform, lump-free mix.
APPLICATION
Ressi LimeOmight 8000 can be applied in multiple ways depending on project requirements and can be
used at any desired thickness. For improved early and higher strength, the addition of
Ressi SBR 5850 is recommended. When application thickness exceeds 18 mm in a single
layer, add Ressi SBR 5850 at a ratio of 1 kg per 50 kg bag. The product can be applied
in multiple layers if required.

CURING
No curing is generally required.
SHELF LIFE
Shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in dry and sheltered
conditions.
PACKAGING
Ressi LimeOmight 8000 is supplied in 50 kg bags.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The product is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers.
Dispose of packaging according to local regulations. Gloves and suitable masks should be worn
during application.
SPECIAL NOTE
This product may be custom-made based on project requirements. The technical data sheet serves
as a guideline and values may change according to application needs.
NOTE
If printed bags are not available, neutral bags with labels will be supplied. Lot number and
manufacturing date will be stamped on each bag.
