Ressi Anchor Fix is a three-component epoxy based high strength adhesive and anchor grout. It forms to give a strong, dense solid material. It is available in premeasured ready to use kit.

USES

Ressi Anchor Fix is used as epoxy grouting for bar anchor, starter bars, bridge bearing, boom fixing, bolts, nails, etc. It is used for speedy and permanent patching repairs to concrete structures, bonding of precast concrete components, bridge bearings to concrete and all structural repair works where strength, impermeability to water and resistance to aggressive chemicals is essential.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces should be dry, clean, free from standing water, grease, curing compounds, mold oils and all loosely adhering particles. Cement laitance should be removed by mechanical means. Roughen surfaces with chipping to ensure good bonding.

MIXING

Mix component A and B together thoroughly with a slow speed drill for 1 minute (max 400 R.P.M.). Once the mixture is homogenous, Part C can be added as per the recommended ratio and packaging. The product is ready to use one all three components are mixed properly and homogenous.

APPLICATION

For Anchor Bolts: Anchor bolt, dowel & starter bar holes must be dry. For bolts which will be placed into preformed holes, fill hole with Ressi Anchor Fix & gradually work the bolt into the grout.

For Patching Work: Apply the material by using notch trowel, scrapper or with a big spatula.

SHELF LIFE

12 months from date of production, if stored properly in original unopened packing in dry conditions and away from sunlight and scorching heat.
