Max Flo PB is liquid water reducing mortar plasticizer, based on selected refined lignosulphonates and other key additives. It improves the cohesiveness of wet and semi dry concrete use for blocks, paving tiles, etc.

USES
Max Flo PB is designed for use with semi dry mortar mixes. Max Flo PB is used in the production of blocks and interlocking tiles. Other applications include paving slabs and bricks in the precast industry, etc.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo PB can be used with all types of cements and cementitious materials like fly ash, GGBS, micro silica etc. Max Flo PB should not be premixed with other admixtures unless recommended by Ressichem Technician.
DOSAGE
The normal dosage range is 0.40 to 1.0 Ltr / 100 KG of cementitious material. The optimum dosage of Max Flo PB to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trial using the actual material and conditions that will be experienced in use.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in higher workability and delay in time setting. If intentionally or accidentally increased above the recommended dosages, care must be taken to allow for the effect on the stripping time of formwork. In such cases, however, provided the concrete is properly cured, the ultimate strength will generally be higher.

Available in 1 Liter, 5 Liters, 10 Liters, 15 Liters, 25 Liters and 200 Liters of packaging.
DISPENSING
Max Flo PB is directly dispensed into the concrete mixer together with mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under cool and dry warehouse conditions in original unopened packaging. Extreme temperature and humidity may reduce shelf life.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
This product is considered as non-hazardous and safe for transportation. Suitable masks and gloves can be worn during application. Contact with skin should be avoided. Refer to product MSDS for further health and safety information.
