USES
Max Flo Integra 1 (Powder) may be used to waterproof concrete structures such as
reservoirs, funnels, culverts, water tanks, swimming pools, and other areas where waterproofed
concrete or mortar is required.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo Integra 1 (Powder) can be used with all types of cement and cementitious
materials such as fly ash, GGBS, and micro silica. It is compatible with most admixtures.
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage is 0.3 –1.0 % by weight of cementitious material. Higher dosage can be used
after verification by conducting lab and site trials. Optimum dosages of Max Flo Integra 1 (Powder)
and effect on concrete properties such as workability, strength, setting time, etc. are best assessed
after preliminary tests on site using the actual material of mixes under consideration.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may slightly increase workability and may cause a mild retarding effect. However, if the
concrete is properly cured, the ultimate strength will generally be higher than that of normal concrete.
PACK SIZE
Available in 1 KG and 20 KG packs.
DISPENSING
Max Flo Integra 1 (Powder) should be directly added into the concrete mixer together
with the mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool and dry warehouse conditions in the original
unopened packaging. Extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
This product is considered non-hazardous and safe for transportation. Suitable masks and gloves should
be worn during application. Avoid contact with skin. Refer to the product MSDS for further health and
safety information.
NOTE:
If printed bags / pouches are not available, neutral bags / pouches with label. Lot number and
manufacturing date to be stamped at the back.
