Zepoxy Steel 5 Min

Zepoxy Steel 5 min is a multipurpose rapid setting adhesive for an extensive range of substrates including steel, brass, copper, iron, plastic, wood, concrete and ceramics. This product cures with high bonding strength, and has resistance to high temperature, pressure, and grease. It also shows excellent curing behavior at low temperatures down to -5°C.

NOTE

At 40°C gel time will be reduced to half, in case of increased temperatures, pouring should be planned accordingly.

INSTRUCTION OF USE

Surface should be thoroughly cleaned, free from loose particles like dust, oil, grease etc. If the surface is shiny, rub it until a rough texture is formed over it. Take equal parts of A & B and mix it thoroughly until a uniform paste is achieved. Mix thoroughly, best results can be achieved within 2 mins.
