USES
Max Flo SP 802 (Powder) may be used in tunnel linings, dams, power plants, highways, ports and other large construction projects where high performance concrete is required. As a powerful water-reducing agent, it promotes both high early strength and high ultimate strength.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo SP 802 (Powder) can be used with all types of cement and cementitious materials such as fly ash, GGBS, micro silica, etc. It should not be pre-mixed with other admixtures.
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage is 0.25 – 1.5% by weight of cementitious material. Higher dosage may be used after verification through laboratory and site trials.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in increased workability and delayed setting. If the dosage used exceeds the recommended levels, formwork stripping time should be adjusted accordingly. When concrete is properly cured, ultimate strength will generally be higher than normal concrete.

NOTE
Max Flo SP 802 (Powder) can be mixed directly with water to prepare an admixture solution. The recommended dosage should correspond to the powdered dosage mentioned in this datasheet. It is always advisable to conduct site trials before finalizing the dosage and dosing methodology.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool and dry warehouse conditions in original unopened packaging. Extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.
