Max Flo SAP

Max Flo SAP is a rapid set accelerator in powder form designed to provide fast setting and early strength development in cementitious mixes.

USES

Max Flo SAP is used as an additive in cementitious mixes to enable rapid setting of sprayed concrete and gunite. It is suitable for tunnel lining, water bodies, dams, swimming pools, basement retaining walls, and concrete repair applications.

COMPATIBILITY

Max Flo SAP can be used with all types of cement and cementitious materials such as fly ash, GGBS, and micro silica.

DOSAGE

Recommended dosage is 2.0 – 7.0% by weight of cementitious material. Optimum dosage and its effect on concrete properties such as workability, strength, and setting time should be determined through preliminary testing using actual site materials.

EFFECT OF OVERDOSING

Overdosing may result in rapid setting of cementitious mixes but will not adversely affect other properties.

PACK SIZE

Available in 1 KG and 20 KG packs.

DISPENSING

Max Flo SAP should be directly mixed with pre-mixed sand, cement, and aggregates before the addition of water.

SHELF LIFE

12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool and dry warehouse conditions in the original unopened packaging. Extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

This product is considered non-hazardous and safe for transportation. Suitable masks and gloves should be worn during application. Avoid contact with skin. Refer to the product MSDS for further health and safety information.
