USES
Max Flo P 800 (Powder)is used for reduction of free water content in concrete mixes at the stage
time improving the workability of the concrete. It is used to produce workable and dense concrete
for use in construction of tunnels, runways, canals, dams, reservoirs, marine structures and in the
manufacture of ready mix concrete.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo P 800 (Powder) can be used with all types of cements and cementitious materials like fly
ash, GGBS, micro silica etc. Max Flo P 800 (Powder) should not be pre-mixed with other admixtures.
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage is 0.25 – 0.75 % by weight of cementitious material. Optimum dosage of
Max Flo P 800 (Powder) and effect of concrete properties such workability, strength, setting time,
etc. The concrete and mortar properties are best assessed after preliminary tests on site using the
actual material of mixes under consideration.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in higher workability and delay in setting. If intentionally or accidentally,
dosage used is above the recommended dosages, care must be taken to allow for the effect on the
striping of formwork. In such cases, provided the concrete is properly cured the ultimate strength
will generally be higher than the regular concrete. The effects of overdosing are increased when
sulphate resistant cement is used in the concrete mixes because of the chemical nature of the
cement as compared to that of OPC.

DISPENSING
Max Flo P 800 (Powder) should be directly mixed with sand, cement, and aggregates
during batching.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool and dry warehouse conditions in the original
unopened packaging. Extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
This product is considered non-hazardous and safe for transportation. Suitable masks and gloves should
be worn during application. Avoid contact with skin. Refer to the product MSDS for further health and
safety information.
NOTE:
If printed bags / pouches are not available, neutral bags / pouches with label. Lot number and
manufacturing date to be stamped at the back.
