USES
Max Flo Air Intra is used to improve the workability, cohesion, and durability of concrete and mortar by the entrainment of
microscopic air bubbles of controlled size and spacing, uniformly distributed throughout the mix. This helps reduce surface scaling
and concrete failures. It is used to produce concrete and mortars resistant to frost attack and de-icing salts, as well as lightweight
foam concrete.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo Air Intra can be used with all types of cement and cementitious materials such as fly ash, GGBS,
and microsilica.
DOSAGE
The recommended dosage is 0.03% – 0.25% by weight of cementitious material.
Optimum dosage and its effect on concrete properties such as workability, strength, and setting time
should be determined through preliminary tests on site using the actual materials and mix designs.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in high air content, which can lead to reduced concrete strength.

DISPENSING
Max Flo Air Intra should be directly dispensed into the concrete mixer together with the mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool and dry warehouse in original unopened packaging.
