Step-Wise System Description

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Mechanically grind or clean the substrate to remove contaminants.
• All necessary surface repairs, including crack filling or substrate restoration, must be completed prior to the application of any epoxy flooring materials. Ressichem offers a range of suitable crack fillers and repair compounds, including non-shrink cementitious grouts, specifically designed for surface preparation and repair.
• Ensure the surface is sound, dust-free, and moisture content is below 5%.

Step 2: Application of Ressi SLS Primer – 1 (if Required)

• Latex-based primer applied to promote adhesion before self-levelling screed.

Step 3: Application of Ressi SLS 610 Self-Levelling Screed (if Required)

• Provides smooth, level base; allow 7–14 days moisture release. Make sure that moisture is below 5%

Step 4: Application of Ressi EPO Primer LV

• Low-viscosity primer for excellent substrate sealing and adhesion

Step 5: Application of Ressi EPO Tough Might

• High-build solvent-free epoxy coating at minimum 1000 microns thickness.
• Curing time: 48–72 hours (Usable for Light Traffic). 7 Days for Full cure and complete use.

Maintenance Guidelines

• Clean with neutral detergents.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
• Use protective pads under furniture.
• Recoat periodically as needed.
