Step-Wise System Description

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Ensure clean, sound, and level concrete substrate.
• Mechanically grind or shot-blast to remove contaminants.
• Repair cracks using epoxy crack fillers.
• Ensure moisture content is below 5%.

Step 2: Primer Application

• Apply Ressi EPO Primer LV for strong adhesion.
• Ensure uniform coverage without pooling.
• Allow proper curing before next layer.

Step 3: Mid Coat (Optional)

• Apply Ressi EPO Mid Coat S – GP.
• Thickness: 1000–2000 microns (recommended for service areas).

Step 4: Top Coat

• 48–72 hours for light traffic, 7 days full cure.
