APPLICATION
- High gloss and matt PU wood finish paint: 0.35%, mirror leveling.
- Wood floor gloss: 0.5-1.0%, mirror leveling, high fullness.
- UV plastic paint: 0.3-0.5%, leveling, anti-shrinkage, abrasion resistance.
- UV paper varnish: 1.0%, leveling, enhance smoothness and abrasion resistance, unstable foam.
- Oil-based plastic paint: 0.3%, leveling, anti-shrinkage, enhance smoothness.
- ndustrial paint and high temperature paint: 0.1-0.5%, leveling, anti-shrinkage

STORAGE AND VALIDITY
Unopened stored at temperature of below 38℃; the shelf-life of the product from the date of production for 24 months.
APPLICATION METHODS
Zepoxy LV 848 leveling agent can be added in coatings and paints during or after the manufacturing process; it is suggested to be diluted 3-5times before using, but it should be mixed homogeneously.
NOTE
Zepoxy LV 848 will be cloudy when the temperature is below 18℃ (it is caused by its own structure) and needs to be heated to dissolve before using, but it does not affect the performance even after many times of solidification-heating; To facilitate the use, Zepoxy LV 848 is suggested to be diluted into about 20% solution for backup.
