Low Viscosity Solvent-based Thinner for Epoxy Coating System

Ressi EPO Thinner is a specially formulated solvent designed to reduce the viscosity of epoxy-based primers and coatings. It improves application flow and leveling without affecting the performance or curing of the epoxy system. It can also be used for cleaning tools and equipment used in epoxy applications.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND MIXING

Add Ressi EPO Thinner gradually to the epoxy primer or coating (5–10% by volume). Excessive use may affect coating performance. Always mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency.

APPLICATION

Add thinner to adjust viscosity for spray, brush, or roller application. It can also be used directly for cleaning tools and equipment.

LIMITATIONS

• Over-thinning may compromise epoxy system performance
• Highly flammable – keep away from open flame and heat sources
• Curing may be affected in humid or low-temperature environments

SHELF LIFE

12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under warehouse conditions in original unopened packaging. Extreme temperature or humidity may reduce shelf life.
