Challenging project, this had to be executed during the school holidays and the schedule was very stringent, initially removed multiple layers of paints and different finishes, done over many years since the school was in operation (Since 1936). Repairing of several cracks and external surfaces of the building using a variety of Crack Fillers, Application of Ressi PlastoRend 110 (Decorative Pigmented Cementitious plaster) in Foam Finish, Protected with Silblock (Water Repellent Sealer). Special care must be taken when working on building this old.
