This was one our most challenging project. The Design of the building did not have many straight walls and a lot of edges were present over in the overall external design. A Stringent timeline of 90 working days given with a total finished area of 85,000 SFT. This meant the execution of base plaster of 85,000 SFT + Decorative Plaster 85,000 + a sealer application of 85,000 SFT. The entire project was completed in 90 Working Days with the Execution of the base plaster of Ressi PlastoRend 120 + Application of Decorative Plaster of Ressi Plaster 110 (in a special color developed with the assistant of the consultant, now part of our standard shade card) in a foam finish, protected with Silblock Water Repellent Sealer. Multiple Teams with Plaster Spray Machines were deployed at several elevations of the building at the same time to meet the timelines.
